Legal Blindness and the IRS

Diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration can both cause legal blindness. Complete blindness is caused only by diabetic retionpathy. Report either to the IRS.

Drusen are white spots in the retina that are associated with macular degeneration. Drusen can also be normal for many people without the disease.
