Patients with retinal disease usually have some symptoms of decreased vision, from simple blurriness to complete loss.
Causes are varied and rarely does a patient wake up and realize the need to see a retina specialist!
Most of my patients are referred from their own primary eye doctor, and thus, I am used to working in concert with you and your doctor. Retinal disease is usually counter-intuitive, so it’s imperative EVERYONE has a clear understanding of diagnosis and expectations.
Whether your doctor calls me directly or you call yourself, my staff and I are aware that time is of the essence.
I welcome your family members so they, too, can have a clear understanding of your problem.
